Idyll Books and studio free folk invite you to celebrate Samhain, a liminal space where the veil thins, by lighting candlesticks, reading books and brewing tea.

On Friday, October 31st from 1pm until 4pm at 3 Downes Avenue in Picton, studio free folk in collaboration with Idyll Books will open its doors for a studio pop-up, where you’ll be able to purchase books on wild magic, witchcraft and women, along with black beeswax tapers. Together, let’s find meaning in the repeated rituals of daily life, and practice rituals for recovery.

Samhain Black Beeswax Candles

An annual tradition, our limited edition black beeswax tapers are made on Samhain to invite light into the darker months ahead.

Our black beeswax candlesticks have a honeycomb-like texture and are 16 inches in length. Made with Canadian beeswax and cotton wicks with slight surface imperfections embraced. The approximate burn time is 10 hours per taper.

$25 for a set of 2.
